Configuration
- Log in to the application
- create a checklist type
- create at least one employee of each user role
- login as the department manager
- create a department
- create a checklist for the department
- assign the checklist to an inspector so that the checklist can be filled in by the inspector
- The inspector can now fill in the assigned checklists
