Overview

Amazon Relational Database Service is the Amazon service that makes it simple to set up, operate, and scale databases in the cloud. Because Amazon Relational Database Service supports PostgreSQL we decided not to create a dedicated Amazon RDS Connector. Instead you can use Amazon RDS together with the Mendix Database Connector.

To help you out with setting this up we wrote a short how-to Create a Database with Amazon RDS and the Mendix Database Connector which will help you setup your Mendix Database Connector to work with Amazon RDS!
