This app was created to provide easy to use process directory, which will contain everything that is currently required by GDPR. Target users of this app are people, who want to store GDPR processes, which contain some type of personal information, regardless of their size or importance. The stored GDPR processes and their details may be edited by authorized personnel and viewed by other users.
Records of processing activities must include significant information about data processing, including data categories, the group of data subjects, the purpose of the processing and the data recipients. This must be completely made available to authorities upon request.
Typical usage scenario
As mentioned in previous paragraph, this app is for storing processes, which operate with personal data. There are 4 basic user roles in this app:
Admin- Manages all other accounts/roles, can edit, delete, manage everything
Data processing officer- Can edit, delete, manage everything. His main purpose is to approve new processes and changes.
Service owner- Edits and creates processes.
Reader- Can only read approved (active) processes.
Every role needs to have its own account with username and password to access the application.
Typical usage is then:
Admin sets up the app and creates all necessary accounts. Service owners then start to create/edit processes, which are then added to the “draft” section, until being approved or dismissed by Data processing officers. This way only approved processes are shown in the main directory, which can be viewed by Readers.

Configuration
Every aspect, that needs/can be configured has associated management page. Only thing that needs to be configured is Admin’s name and password.
