Description
This app ensures efficient communication across your company/department/group during difficult times. It enables you to quickly send messages and inform others about upcoming plans, emergency measures and other company news.
Typical usage scenario
This app was made for companies to use in case their communication network is slow, hard to reach or in other ways just inconvenient. It was designed to be fast, easy to use and Database-friendly. There are 3 basic user roles in this app:
Admin- Sets up accounts for Editors (next role), is able to manage all the settings in the app
Editor- Creates, edits, deletes, manages messages
User- May read messages, download attachments
Admin and Editors must enter a username and password in order to log in. User may just enter a code (defined previously by the Admin or an Editor) and access the message board quickly and easily.
The message board shows published messages in chronological order and allows additional filtering. Each message has a subject, message text, author, category, target audience and may carry multiple attachments (all of these can be defined by Editor/Admin).

Configuration
Target audiences, accounts, passcodes and messages may be managed on pages of the same name. All messages will be placed to “drafts” before publishing (allowing for better control of “what users can see”). Messages may also be withdrawn from the message board by Editors or Admin.
